GharKiDiary is a household management platform that helps users manage household helpers, attendance, services, expenses, reminders and related records.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activities carried out through your account.
3. Subscription & Pricing
GharKiDiary offers free and paid plans. Applicable features and prices are displayed on the website before purchase. Prices are in INR and applicable taxes, if any, will be shown at checkout.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. GharKiDiary does not store your complete card details, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.
5. Cancellation
Users may cancel recurring subscription renewal through their account/subscription section. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not normally cancel the already-paid subscription period.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or use GharKiDiary for unlawful activities.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.

GharKiDiary, its logo, software, design and content are owned by XGEN Infotech Private Limited or its licensors.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
